Tulsa, OK – This spring season, RunGoodGear is proudly contributing to Operation Gratitude’s mission to support U.S. service members worldwide. Every limited edition RunGood USA hat awarded or sold will send out a RunGood Care Kit and Operation Gratitude Care Package. At final tables this season, the RunGood Poker Series will award ten limited edition hats which in turn will send ten care kits out. Care kits will be gathered and hand delivered along with funds for shipping to join awaiting care packages going out at the end of the season.

With a goal of 500 care kits, set at the start of the season, RunGoodGear is excited to announce that an anonymous donor has come forward to go one-for-one with RunGoodGear's goal. Every hat awarded or sold will now send two care kits (up to 500).

The first two spring stops vaulted the company towards its goal with 190/500 care kits set to go out. Four stops remain on the RGPS spring schedule, including: 

Horseshoe Bossier City, LA March 6th – 11th

Horseshoe Tunica, MS April 3rd – 8th

Downstream Joplin, MO April 10th – 15th

Harrah’s North Kansas City, MO May 1st – 5th

About Operation Gratitude: Operation Gratitude, a 501(c)(3), volunteer-based organization, annually sends 250,000+ care packages to Veterans, New Recruits, First Responders, Wounded Heroes, Caregivers, and to individually named U.S. Service Members deployed overseas and their families waiting at home. Each package is filled with food, entertainment, hygiene and handmade items, as well as personal letters of support. Operation Gratitude’s mission is to lift the spirits and meet the evolving needs of the Military and First Responder communities, and provide volunteer opportunities for civilians anywhere in America to express their appreciation to all who serve our nation. Each package contains donated product valued between $50 and $100 and costs the organization $15 to assemble and ship. Since its inception in 2003, Operation Gratitude volunteers have shipped more than 2 Million Care Packages.
