RG Bossier City Main Event (Day 2): Mike Cordell Eliminated 4th ($14,465)

Level 26 (30,000/60,000/10,000)
Total Entrants: 392
Players Remaining: 3

Average Stack: 2,615,000

The most experienced player left in the RG Main Event, Mike Cordell (pictured), is now out. Cordell battled and ultimately took a bad beat against Jacob Seale to bust.

Both players limped their blinds and the flop came out Q6♠4♠. They checked and the 5♠ hit the turn.

Seale bet 60,000 and Cordell raised to 200,000. The action was back on Seale and went all-in for 500,000 effective. Cordell called with A♣A♠ and was ahead with Q♣3♣ for a pair and straight draw. Seale begged for a seven and found it on the 7 river.

Three-handed play begins with the blinds about to go up. Counts are below.

  1. Craig Norals - 3,520,000
  2. John Butler - 1,725,000
  3. Jacob Seale - 2,640,000
