Michael Lech (pictured) bought in at the last moment on Day 1A and bagged a respectable 76,000 heading into Day 2. The RG Spring Brawl Kansas City Main Event runner-up is making his way back toward another final table as he picked up aces and used them to eliminate Jasen Currie.

Lech opened in early position for a standard raise and Currie three-bet to 46,000 on the button. The blinds folded and Lech shoved for about 140,000 effective and Currie called with KK♠. Unlucky for Currie as Lech turned over A♣A and Currie had to hit to stay alive.

The board ran out with all low cards and Lech scooped the pot. Lech nearly doubled on the hand and is playing 320,000 with a RG Cruise seat in sight.
