RG Kansas City Main Event (Day 2): Christopher Drake Up To 625,000

Level 18 (5,000/10,000/1,000)
Total RG Main Event Entries: 379
Players Remaining: 28
Chip Average: 271,000

Christopher Drake is right behind Ryan Phan for the chip lead and the second player to hit 600,000.

On the verge of the three-table redraw, Christopher Drake has the field close to switching seats as a result of his elimination of Rodney Spriggs. Drake has been on the uptick all day and is now right next to Ryan Phan for the chip lead.

Jacob Shaw opened for 35,000 from early position and Spriggs jammed for about 70,000 from the small blind. Having Shaw covered by a wide margin, Drake moved all-in in the big blind.

Shaw found a fold and Drake turned over 10♣10 to dominate the 22 of Spriggs. The 9♠43♠6♠A board put Spriggs on the rail and puts Drake up to 625,000.
