Such chutzpah is rarely seen, and even more rarely rewarded, but the beginnings of a bad beat form when Forshey hits a pair on the T♦8♦2♥ flop. The K♥ on the turn brings no help, but Forshey can still catch a seven or eight on the river to survive.
The river brings the 9♣, which is close but not enough to overcome Parsley's pocket rockets.
