RG TULSA MAIN EVENT (DAY 1A): Peaking At The Right Time

Level 9 (600/1,200/200)
Total RG Main Event Entries: 108
Players Remaining: 43
Average Stack: 50,200

The Day 1A field continues to pare down and there are now only four tables left in play. Since play resumed at the start of Level 9, more players are taking their shot at catching Cherie Baber, who is still the chip leader.

Clarence Prevost has quietly built all day and is nearing the 80,000 mark. The Tulsa local has amassed over $71,000 in career tournament earnings with two titles to supplement that total. Prevost has yet to cash in an RG Main Event and may just do so when all is said and done this weekend.

Will Berry rarely says much at the table but he often leaves people screaming his name once he's done taking their chips. Berry just wrapped up an incredible accomplishment by cashing in back-to-back WSOP Circuit Main Events at Choctaw. For his 4th and 9th place finishes, Berry earned nearly $175,000 and is back in Tulsa looking for new blood.
