Day 2 of the RunGood Tulsa Main Event is at the first break of the day and only three eliminations from the bubble. Justin Gardenhire was almost one of those players but doubled up to get himself out of hell and back on track.

Alexander Coleman opened to 12,000 in early position and Matt Newcombe called on the button. Gardenhire zipped it in for 63,000 and Coleman went into the tank. He emerged with a fold and Newcombe shrug-called with K♠Q♠. Gardenhire needed his 10♣10 to hold and the five-high board did him the favor.

Newcombe sits with 83,000 and Gardenhire is near the chip average.

When play resumes, the field will go hand-for-hand at 37 players.

Below is a look at the updated counts with Day 1B chip leader Jesse Jones (pictured) leading a bunched together field.
