The pace of play has slowed in Level 23 but there are still chips moving across the table. Jesse Jones (pictured) started the final table second in chips and is gradually increasing his stack with a three-bet pot taken down against Eric Thompson recently won.
Thompson opened under the gun and Shane Fuller called on the button. Jones three-bet to 220,000 in the small blind and only Thompson called to the J♣5♠2♥ flop. Jones continued for 170,000 and Thompson let it go.
Thompson chips up to 1,710,000 and Thompson is set back to 1,450,000. Jon Bennett is in the middle of the two with 1,650,000. Fuller (475,000) and RJ Michel (365,000) are under immense pressure with a $2,100 pay jump separating fifth and sixth place. Dan Martin sits with 965,000.
