RJ Michel (pictured) came into the final table as the short stack but is now in contention after doubling up through Ted Forshey.

Michel opened in middle position to 34,000 and Forshey three-bet to 85,000 on the button. Michel moved all-in for 192,000 more and Forshey took a moment before calling with A♠Q. Michel's AK had the advantage and the A♣A9♣6♣3 board gave him the double.

Forshey takes the hit and is down to 520,000, putting him in the bottom half of the final table ranks. Jon Bennett is the new short stack with 280,000.
