Chris Moneymaker got a river bluff through and holds onto his tournament life for a little bit longer.

Former WSOP Main Event Champion Chris Moneymaker was correct on seemingly every major decision in 2003 when he won the title. Fast-forward 14 years later and Moneymaker is still up to his old tricks and just got a major bluff through for his tournament life against Nick Kortenber.

Picking up the action with the board reading J♠10♠7♥Q, Moneymaker bet 12,000 from the hijack and Kortenber called from the cutoff. The river brought the 3♠ and Moneymaker pushed all-in for 51,500 total.

The bet represented about one-third of Kortenber's stack and he thought it over for two minutes while Moneymaker mentioned how he thought Kortenber might have king-queen. Kortenber eventually folded, turning up K♣Q♣. Moneymaker revealed K6♣ for a bluff and Kortenber jumped up from the table in agony.

Moneymaker playfully needled Kortenber and went back to focusing on his massage with a new tournament life waiting for him as the money bubble approaches.
