RG TUNICA MAIN EVENT (Day 2): One Starting Up High and One Getting There

Level 13 (1,500/3,000/500)
Total RG Main Event Entries: 582
Players Remaining: 135
Chip Average: 86,000

We caught most of this big stacks in the room during the first three flights but inevitably a few slip through the cracks. In the first part of Day 2 play, a few of those stacks are starting to build higher than where they started in preparation for a final table run.

If not for David Troutman's late surge, Jeff Cleanthes would have been one of the players leading the Day 1C charge. Cleanthes bagged 183,000 and is playing close to 200,000 already. The Rhodes College baseball coach is used to having a starter go deep and hopefully, he can hit a game-winning walkoff to win the title.

Tab Bennett has climbed the most rungs on the chip ladder so far today and is already playing well over the 154,500 he started Day 2 with. Bennett has been running over his starting table so far in Level 13 and is looking to win his second career title in Tunica.
