Tim Burt (pictured) needed a double after losing a sizable pot to William Stanford. Burt was below 10 big blinds and shoved for 500,000 out of the small blind with K♥10♠. Nick Kortenber woke up with A♥6♥ in the big blind and called to put Burt at risk. The J♥9♥5♦ flop gave Burt a straight draw and Kortenber a flush draw.
Burt had a fair amount of outs but bricked on the 4♣ turn and 4♦ to secure his elimination. Kortenber chips up to 1,350,000 but is the short stack as four-handed play gets started.
