The action is fast and fierce here in the Poker Room at the Horseshoe in Council Bluffs as players continue to register. By the second level of Flight B, the number of entries quickly reached more than 80 and plenty of familiar faces were in the crowd. Here's a look at some of those in at the tables today:
• Jeff Bryan – A local with several nice cashes and more than $788,00 in tournament winnings. He's a regular on the RGPS and other series throughout the Midwest and rest of the country.
• Eric Polson (pictured) – A local player with several cashes on the RGPS over the last few years here in Council Bluffs.
• Duster Ellis – A local player who is tied for most RGPS cashes at Council Bluffs. He has more than $41,000 in live tournament cashes including a fourth-place finish here in February 2017 in the $180 DeepStack for $2,716.
• Walt Lustgraaf – More than $133,000 in live tournament winnings including an HPT win in 2016 in Kansas City for $111,370.
