Payment Information

What payment methods does RunGoodGear accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and select gift cards. *We are unable to accept any type of gift card that is not linked to a name and billing address.

When will payment be deducted?

At the time your order is placed, your credit card is authorized and settled. You will receive a confirmation email provided the email address you entered is accurate. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you would like to return a product for a refund or exchange please read the following guidelines to determine if you are eligible. After doing so, please call 1.855.267.6241 or email customerservice@rungoodgear.com for complete instructions. If you believe you have received a defective product upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 1.855.267.6241 or email us at customerservice@rungoodgear.com for further instructions. Refund All orders placed on RunGoodGear.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund in the form of payment that was used if the product has been unwashed and unworn and retains RunGoodGear.com product sticker. You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred both on your original order as well as the charges to get the product back to us. Exchange Products purchased from RunGoodGear.com may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. If your product is eligible, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Additional Information: We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend tracking or delivery confirmation. The product you send back becomes the possession of RunGoodGear and will not be returned to you. How do I get Sponsored?

Stoked you want to rep the RunGood! However, we do not generally accept unsolicited sponsorship requests. We have a team that is always watching up-and-coming stars at events and competitions. So... keep having fun doing what you are doing and maybe one day you will catch the eye of a RunGoodGear representative.

Order Information

Can I cancel my order?

As we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a short period of time to make a change. Once an order has reached the "processing" phase, changes cannot be made. For immediate assistance concerning this issue, please call 1.855.267.6241 Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm CT.

Can I modify the address on my order after it has been placed?

In certain cases, we are able to change an incorrect or incomplete address. As we strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible, there is only a short period of time to make a change*. For immediate assistance concerning this issue, please call 1.855.267.6241 Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm CT. *Once an order has been shipped, it may not be eligible for address updates. However, if the order is eligible, any UPS fees associated to the address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. Please give us a call if you would like help with this process.

When will my order ship?

After an order is placed, it can take 1-3 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday - Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 5pm CT or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.

Does RunGoodGear ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

I am outside of the US, can I order on RunGoodGear.com?

You sure can! Please select your country during the shipping page.

Does RunGoodGear ship to Military APO's or PO Boxes?

Currently, RunGoodGear does not ship to APO/FPO/DPO, but we're working on it! Shipping to PO Box addresses is not guaranteed; please provide a physical address on all orders.

Can I track my order?

After you order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number.

Product Information

Why can't I add a product to my cart?

Products with no "ADD TO CART" button are out of stock. Our website catalogues many of our products, current and discontinued. Not everything you see on our site will be available to order.
