In back-to-back hands, James Hall and Cash Carpenter were eliminated to bring the final table down to eight players.

Matt Morfitt opened the button to 65,000 and Hall (pictured above) jammed for 335,000 in the small blind. Morfitt called right away with AK and was ahead of the K♣10 of Hall. The A♠5♠2 flop sealed the hand for Morfitt. He is the new chip leader with 1,750,000.

Carpenter (pictured below) moved all-in from middle position for 310,000 and Ajing Ajing-Ring re-shoved from next door for slightly more. Carpenter was up against it with 9♣9 against the KK♠ of Ajing-Ring.

The board bricked out and Ajing-Ring effectively doubled to 850,000. Carpenter and Hall have their seats locked up on the RunGood Cruise and both earn quality scores for their efforts this weekend.
