RG TULSA MAIN EVENT (DAY 1B): Trying To Survive Until The Bags

Level 11 (1,000/2,000/300)
Total RG Main Event Entries: 256
Total RG Main Event Day 1B Entries: 148
Day 1B Players Remaining: 43
Average Stack: 68,900

Not every player is playing an above average stack at this stage of Day 1B, despite what the blog might be insinuating otherwise. Regardless of what end of the spectrum their stack ends up at, any player will be satisfied with a bag and an appearance in tomorrow's Day 2.

Jorge Figueroa has been grinding along for the entirety of Day 1B and is less than an hour from a Day 2 appearance. Sunday would be far from the first "moving day" for Figueroa, who made the final table of the Heartland Poker Tour stop in Vicksburg and cashed in last summer's World Series of Poker "Monster Stack" event.

Jesse McVicker has a RunGood title along with two additional cashes to his name that make up part of his $452,000 in career earnings. Like Figueroa, McVicker has been short for most of the day but seems well suited for main events. McVicker finished 15th in last summer's WPT at Choctaw and followed that up with a 33rd place finish in the WSOP Circuit event there last month.
